Elizabeth Slone
 ELIZABETH SLONE, a member of the Riverbend team since 2004, leads and takes an active role in the development and execution of customer engagements. With over fifteen years of directly related work experience, her expertise is in human resources, strategy, training and teambuilding.Immediately prior to joining Riverbend, Elizabeth spent eight years as global human resources director for two practice units of Accenture, a global consulting firm of approximately 65,000 employees in 46 countries. Her experience includes executive coaching, career development model design and implementation, compensation strategy, recruitment and retention strategies, and global orientation design including country customization. Elizabeth also has extensive international experience, working with practices in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, South America and Canada. Prior to joining Accenture, she worked in corporate sales for an international hospitality company. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Political Science and Communications concentration from Vanderbilt University. She has been published in HoRizons Magazine and has led several human resources conference events and training seminars.  |
