ATLANTA - MARCH 21, 2006 - The Riverbend Group, LLC, a healthcare business consulting, training and teambuilding company, today announced that its president, Doreen Linneman, has accepted an invitation to be a speaker on the final day of the IDEALS Foundation’s Eleventh Annual Athletic Leadership School. A nonprofit organization that provides focused leadership training to high school student athletes, IDEALS Foundation, Inc. will hold its final class this Sunday, March 26th from 5:00 to 8:30 pm at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast in Norcross, Georgia.
Linneman will be presenting to 44 metro Atlanta high school juniors who will have completed a two-month curriculum designed to develop their talents so that they may become positive role models for our youth. The theme of Linneman’s motivational speech will be centered on the six letters of the foundation’s name in that she has come up with an acronym for “IDEALS”: Introspection, Decision making, Energy, Adversity, Love and Sleep.
“As a former high school athlete and recent Ironman triathlon finisher who has built a successful consulting business, Doreen Linneman is a perfect role model for our young student athletes,” said Jack Williams, founder and chief executive officer of the IDEALS Foundation. “We look forward to Doreen sharing her story and having a positive, enduring impact on the leadership development of our 2006 Class.”
