  5. You’ve been given an elephant. You can’t give it away or sell it. What would you do with the elephant? Start a company that would take the elephant to children’s birthday parties for rides.

  7. Best piece of advice for someone who manages people? Listen to hear, not to respond.
  8. Best piece of advice for a new hire to an organization? Maya Angelou says it best: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.
  9. What did you read recently that really inspired, challenged, or convicted you? Radical Candor! If used correctly, it can be a HUGE tool for managers to break down barriers with their teams and make the workplace an opportunity for big development.
